User Agreement
The PromanOS PRO-1 service is an OpenAI-compatible AI API (the pro-1 model). Effective date: 28 June 2026. The service operates in early access, and these terms may be refined.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, creating an account, or using the PromanOS PRO-1 service (the «Service»), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of its terms, do not register and do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides programmatic access (an API) to the pro-1 language model over a protocol compatible with OpenAI Chat Completions. The Service is in early access: its functionality, limits, prices, and availability may change. No guaranteed service level (SLA) is provided at this stage.
3. Account and Access
- An account is required to use the API. You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
- Registered users can use the PRO-1 API subject to billing, rate limits, abuse controls, and temporary availability constraints. Product features such as the marketplace and AI workforce may remain in early access.
4. API Tokens
API tokens identify your requests and are tied to your balance. Keep tokens secret (do not publish them in code or repositories). All requests and charges made with a token are deemed to have been made by you. If a token is compromised, disable or delete it in your account immediately.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate the law or the rights of third parties, or create harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content;
- generate harmful material (including attempts to bypass the model's safety constraints);
- circumvent technical restrictions, rate limits, or billing and authentication systems;
- resell or provide access to third parties without written consent, other than using it within your own product as part of ordinary integration;
- attempt to extract, copy, or reconstruct the internal workings, weights, or configuration of the Service.
6. Billing and Payment
- The Service runs on a prepaid balance. The cost of a request depends on its complexity (see the «Pricing» section). You can obtain an exact range via
/v1/estimatebefore launching a request. - Balance top-ups are made by bank card via Stripe or manually (for testing/admin). The balance is credited after the payment is confirmed.
- If your balance is insufficient, a request returns a clear error (HTTP 402) rather than a degraded response.
- Prices may change with notice. A refund of the remaining balance is possible on request, at the operator's discretion, net of services actually rendered and fees.
7. AI Responses and Disclaimer of Warranties
Model responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for verifying and applying the results. The Service is provided «as is» and «as available», without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your inputs (requests) and to the responses you receive, subject to this Agreement. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload to the Service and that it does not violate the law or the rights of third parties. Rights to the Service itself, its software, and its brand belong to the operator.
9. Data Processing
To operate the Service we process: your email and account credentials, your balance and payment history, and usage metadata (volumes, costs, tokens). Request content is processed in order to produce a response. We do not sell your data to third parties. Details of processing are available on request; a separate privacy policy may be published later.
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or other causes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue particular features, giving users reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. The operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the period preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close access in the event of a breach of this Agreement, abuse, a security threat, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your tokens and/or account.
13. Changes to the Agreement
We may amend this Agreement. Material changes will be accompanied by notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the law and jurisdiction of the operator's place of registration. The specific jurisdiction is to be specified by the operator.
